Create an Interactive Digital Library
Organizations accumulate valuable publications and documents over time. The Flipbook module provides an easy way to bring those materials together into a searchable, organized digital library.
Upload your PDFs through the VIP Solutions Content Management System (CMS), then organize them into categories so visitors can quickly find the content they’re interested in. Categories might include Yearbooks, Annual Reports, Newsletters, Magazines, Publications, or any other grouping that makes sense for your organization.
As new publications become available, simply upload them to the CMS and add them to your digital library.
Search PDF Documents
For text-based PDFs, visitors can search within the document to quickly find specific information.
This is particularly useful for longer publications such as annual reports, yearbooks, magazines, and multi-page organizational documents. Rather than scrolling through page after page, users can enter a word or phrase and quickly locate where that information appears in the document.
The result is a much more useful way to explore large PDF publications on an interactive display.
