Data Collected through Customer’s Purchasing Software

A Customer is defined as a company or individual that has purchased and is using the VIP Solutions Software and CMS.

We retain relevant personal data for the duration of the Software Agreement. After termination or expiry of the Agreement we retain billing data as long as it is required by law for accounting and tax purposes.

We process Emails to send billing-related emails, if the Account is on a subscription, and only to the Customers or the Designated Users that have been selected as the payment processor. We process Emails to send out system support or notifications, like notifications about screens being offline and errors with the Account. These emails are purely to assist, and to trigger user response in case they have feedback.

Data Security

User account information is password-protected. VIP uses industry-standard TLS-encryption to enhance the security of sensitive data transmissions. However, we cannot ensure the complete security of information transmitted by Users.

Third Party Sites

Our website and CMS Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We do not share our Users’ personal information with those websites and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our website. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
